Questions About AdWords earn by blogging adsense income

Hello,

Me and my business partner decided to start advertising on FB. We didn't really get any results from it, so we decided to go for AdWords. The ad has been up for 12 hours and the CTR is currently 7.5%, which is much better to FB's 0.03.

We are on a budget, therefore, I want to ask questions that might save money:

- We sell cartoon wall art. Most keywords are exactly related, however, keyword ''art prints'' has the most CTR, but it's the most expensive. Should we only go for keywords that exactly related to cartoon wall arts?

- Duplicate keyword combinations, such as ''Dragon Ball Z posters'' and ''Dragon Ball Z Wall Art'' etc. Is it negative for SEO if we use such combinations, that repeat all the time?

- Is there a way to make a decent keyword list with free tools? Most we've used are very limited and don't offer full statistics.
