TLDR: Competitor using the name of a domain that i owe as his business name in google ad and redirects to his website.

I do online sales in Germany via eCommerce website where I advertise using usual online advertising methods. I owe a couple of domains related to the business that i conduct, all of which redirect to my main eCommerce site. Recently i noticed that one of my competitors “competitor2.de” is placed at the top of Google Business ad, above me, when i google the name of one of the domains that I owe “mydomain-berlin.de”, and the header of his business shows up as “mydomain-berlin.de”, with his business address and phone, as well as the link to his business website on the ad redirects to competitor2.de, despite the ad header saying that the name is “mydomain-berlin.de” Is this something I can deal with?
