?currencies= parameter in Search Console earn by blogging adsense income

I am optimizing a shopify site which has a currency select dropdown with 4 currencies. Selecting one does not add get or any other parameters to the URLs. However in Search Console, Google tells me it is tracking this parameter with an insane amount of URLs monitored. Should I do something about it?
