How to Determine if the Traffic is Spammy? earn by blogging adsense income

From past few weeks, I am getting lots of traffic through 'RapidLinker' and 'YopMail.

I pretty much figured it out that its spammy as the KPIs for the same where:

For Rapidlinker - Past 7 days data:

Users - 71 , Bounce rate - 6.5%, Goal %(conversion) - 86%

For Yopmail - User 67, Bounce rate 0%, Goal % (conversion rate)- 100%

Also, how will you check for any spammy backlinks without any tool. Especially from search console, what will be the steps?
