New Client, New Website. What are preliminary SEO tasks to do for a new site? earn by blogging adsense income

Been doing SEO for a while. Now have a new client that is launching a new website soon. I've done keyword and vertical research and competitor analysis.

What else can be done before a website is live? What are valuable tasks to deliver for having a site well optimized at launch? Aside from the ones mentioned of course.
