Quick Discussion, How do you rate Profile backlinks nowadays? As Google consider them easy to get. earn by blogging adsense income

I ordered a gig on Fiverr months ago. I received 50+ profile backlinks for my brand site, yet my brand site doesn't even rank higher on its EMD keyword. I am personally going to disavow them! As I believe links that are really common and easy to get nowadays are considered as SPAMMY!
