Website cloned for black hat SEO earn by blogging adsense income

Hi All,

A client of mine's website was cloned under a different domain using the exact same Keywords and Text as my clients website. They have therefore taken over my clients google rank.

What can I do to delist this site from google? or at least report it to google?
