Is there any way to know when you're competent enough at SEO, so you can have confidence in calling yourself a professional? earn by blogging adsense income

SEO just seems so easy to me and it makes me think I must be missing something.

But it's basically..

1. write semantic code with schema.org
2. Learn the difference between Landing page, home page and about page.
3. Learn A/B testing.
4. Learn to use all tools available such as analytics, sem rush, keyword planner, etc etc.
5. Competitor analysis
6. Use social media like twitter, fb, instagram, etc
7. newletter campaigns

That's a pretty rough and broad overview, not very detailed but yeah, is that all there's to it?

I would like to start my own SEO service business.
