URL Crawl errors - Google search console earn by blogging adsense income

Having an issue with removing URLs from googles cache - The pages have all been removed months ago and I add them to the remove URL tool, but these entries expire and google continues to give crawl errors. How do I tell google these are gone for good? I'm using shopify and I'm almost certain that the sitemaps are updating fine. Cant understand whats going on here...
