For Sale / Open to Ideas: Full Guide to automatizing a business as a solo entrepreneur (with a cheap "shadow" VA) entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey guys, long story put as short as possible: used to run a VA matching company, but have since moved to another business. I built the business from scratch (systems, website, etc). But in my creation of marketing materials, I built something that I think is actually much more valuable that I'm not sure what to do with.

It's a fully comprehensive 45 page guide with 3 sections and chapters (with video walkthrough by me for each chapter):

1) The mentality of reasoning for why one needs to automate their business to avoid pain and make strides forward. 2) How to setup the systems so that a single, cheaply paid VA can run all parts of your business for you (that you only have to touch once, which is what you are doing anyway). This takes away the pain of repeating tasks weekly, monthly, etc. 3) How to hire the cheapest VA's possible and keep them locked onto your team with incentives, bonuses, . (I call them "shadow VA's).

I've given it away to a few entrepreneur friends, all of them have converted to the system I created with it and say it has changed their thinking and business for the better.

I thought maybe I'd sell this guide... but I don't really want to have to commit to being the "face" of the sales process (not too fond of being a guru.. just want to help and know my value.

I'm posting to see if anyone wants to check it out as a venture. Perhaps you or you know someone who could use it in the following ways:

1) As a comprehensive guide to give out to prospects for marketing to position yourself, and your team offering an uncharge to follow the system and do the work for them to set them up.

2) If you have an entrepreneur list, you do the pushing and we chop profits. It's a very valuable guide and can change the thinking of solopreneurs / entrepreneurs. Perfect for guru land I'm sure (mean that in a good way).

3) Buy outright and sell yourself.. do something with.. IDK.

Probably about 2 years of experience and efforts put into this guide, and the full system I use myself. Can walk you through the system over Skype or hangouts, and have recommendations from those who have gone through it as requested.
