Registering an LLC before you start? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello folks, this is my first post in this subreddit. The problem I am facing is that I have a limited budget and I although I want to implement some of my ideas I am afraid because I do not have an LLC. For example I am afraid that if someone make a lawsuit against my service I will be personally liable. What do you think? Did you start your business/service and then make an LLC or before?

In my country (Cyprus) the tax is really good for companies, only 12.5%. However to register a company you need around 600EUR and a capital of 1EUR but most companies put 500 or 1000EUR so, in general, you need around 1600EUR which I do not have at the moment
