I sell a physical product who's b2c market is extremely saturated so I'm focusing on creating a dealer network as my target consumer is probably one of the least likely to shop online. The problem is that while I'm technically gifted and rather personable to boot. I absolutely hate making cold sales calls. I've had reasonable success with them but my dislike for them is certainly making it easy for me to come up with excuses to do other stuff.
Do I just need to "get over it" and make the calls or is there a way I can use email and video to reach a broader audience and then only make calls once I've got a warm lead?
