Worth to register in the US entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am from Canada and am looking at using Stripe to incorporate in the US. My current options are incorporate in Ontario or incorporate in the US. I know if I incorporate in the US I need to pay myself as a contractor. I think anyways. But if I incorporate in Canada then I can pay myself as an employee. Is this correct?
