Best place to sell a successful website? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm wishing to sell a community website I founded over 15 years ago, it's successful in traffic and revenue, with plenty of potential.

I've looked at Flippa and EmpireFlippers but the fees seem extortionate, 15% on a sale pains me a little for such a basic service (that I also have to pay for a listing).

Does anyone have any suggestions?
