Looking for the best method to build this MVP entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am a minor partner in a franchise business. My business is dependent on getting a lot of leads every month. Our franchisor gives us excellent branded marketing but there is a segment of our client base that has a negative connotation of our business just because of our name (due to some less than reputable operators that used to own franchises).

I want to start a non branded lead gen campaign to get people interested in my services without disclosing my business name up front. I plan to accomplish this with non branded lead pages and email followup.

Once I can successfully establish a campaign that effectively generates leads for my store, I want to be able to run the same campaigns for stores in other markets. Essentially I will be my own first client, but I want to embark on this project for myself knowing that I plan to scale this up asap.

What I want to provide for my future clients is this:

1. Several non branded lead pages with their own domains (not sub-domains).

2. Email autoresponders so that new leads will hear from there store instantly

3. Leads instantly delivered by email to the client

4. A proven Facebook ad campaign that I will run

The real question here is this. What products or solutions should I use to allow me to build my own landing pages and email marketing now that I can then also use to create the same for my future clients? I don't want to set something up now for myself now that makes adding new clients too difficult.

For the Facebook ads, I have very little experience placing facebook ads, I have toyed with them in the past with little success. Do I enlist professional help or just keep testing until I find something that works?

I am not a web developer or designer so I would rather not have to set up a new wordpress for each landing page. I have looked at getresponse that does have landing page builders built in but I don't know how robust the software is and if it will really do everything I need. I did build myself a landing page on weebly but I haven't launched it yet as I haven't bought a domain and I would rather have my autoresponer in place first. Also, Weebly is not really viable for my biz plan as it will cost me $8/month per landing page which is stupid. Maybe landingpages.com with aweber?

Just looking for some knowledge from some experienced marketers.

Any input is appreciated. I know this post rambled a little bit so please feel free to ask me for clarification.
