know that Linkedin is mostly used for recruiters and people looking for jobs, but as one entrepreneur I have found a lot of value in LinkedIn, you just have to put the work in to make sure you can leverage it to grow your business traction and brand. The biggest issue i’ve seen with some entrepreneurs, and in general is people who do not put the time in to properly design their profile, many have no profile pic or cover photo. As well many don’t have a profile description, or even worst they have some massive essay written that no one is going to read.

If you are going to take the time to be on LinkedIn then put in the work and take advantage of their publishing platform. I’ve found that LinkedIn is really the ideal place to publish pieces on business topics and engage with people.

Anyway, I know LinkedIn isn’t for everyone, but I have had some great luck with it and gained a lot of business from utilizing the platform and these are some of the key thing’s I’ve done along the way. Good luck
