I am currently suffering from burnout, depression. This is not related or directed due to my business or startup but due to my toxic parents and family member who are constantly yelling and being pain in the ass for me. They scold me for for not doing the job..
How to fix my life as my depression level is going through roof.. I need to calm myself down but finding it difficult to do.. How do you deal with such instances? How do you deal with daily family issues? How to keep myself stable..
