If you have a website ranked high, but all traffic is social media, how do you determine cost of the site without the traffic? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

What the title says.

I imagine there has to be value in a site that has built great ranking in google, even without the traffic, right? Or no?

Say a site consistently ranked top 1500 in the US, as high as 400.

Any value, or worthless without the same traffic? Or could you take different traffic and build on what is there?
