I've had this question for quite some time, I've done some research and even talked with some founders who provide a service close to mine, but no one has a answer to my question.
What I'd like to hear from you is how can a company that serves as a bridge between professionals and users retain the professionals after they've made the first contact with the users.
To give some examples, how does Uber ensure that the drivers won't use uber to get a bunch of clientes for the first ride and then give them a private contact and ask them to call them directly instead of using the platform?
Another example (one of the cases that I've talked directly) how can a startup that connects guitar teachers and students be sure that the teachers won't give just the first class via the app and then give the following classes outside the app?
