Website has over 100+ pages indexed on Google but on Wordpress > Pages, there's only 20 pages. earn by blogging adsense income

This doesn't make sense. So my uncle's website, when I checked by typing site:hiswebsitename.com , I saw that there are over 100 pages being indexed when in fact, his website is relatively small with only like 15-17 pages and on "Pages" in Wordpress, I did a manual count and there are only 20 pages. A lot of the pages being indexed I see are dummy posts that contain the text "Lorem ipsum" with random page titles like food, names of people, etc. that are completely irrelevant to his niche/business. I want to remove or no-index all these pages that serve no value ASAP but they are nowhere to be found on Wordpress Pages. Please help.
