When using Google's fetch and render tool it shows the character count on my mobile site as 0... earn by blogging adsense income

The desktop site is fine but we have to have a 19+ age verification pop up for an E-cigg site.

How can I set it up so that Google can still see the text behind my pop up for the mobile site?
