Which is good for SEO renew old hosting or buy the new one? earn by blogging adsense income

I have a WordPress website which hosting is going to expire soon, buying new WordPress managed hosting will cost me around 1250k INR but if I renew the old plan it will cost me around 5500k INR, Now, what if I don't renew the old plan and buy a new one?

thinking to take backup with all in one migration WordPress plugin and uploading it to new WordPress hosting? any drawbacks?

Will it Affect my organic rankings? anyone has faced this kind of issue before then please help.
