Don't know how to make an initial pitch to a company about my service. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So basically, I would like to market myself under a name that I have decided. I want to do promotional videos or commercials hopefully for local businesses only and the commercials to be played on local television. I am not sure how to go about reaching out to these businesses although I am confident in that, if they were to sign a contract that I could deliver quality work.

I also basically have the same dilemma that is stopping me from getting more than the one wedding I already have under my belt as I would also like to shoot more paid events. My photography portfolio is pretty good but I wouldn't say amazing.
