Snow Removal Pricing entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi we are trying to figure out pricing for our snow removal services. Heres what we have so far.

Driveway Clearing and salting early morning $50
Monthly Contract unlimited snow removal $110
Seasonal Contract unlimited snow removal $450 (nov-april)

How do these prices seem? Too high too low? We do not want to undercut competition, if anything we would like to go slightly above. What do yall think? We live in Minnesota.
