Do I need to literally include my location in my keyword strategy? earn by blogging adsense income

I'm sure you guys are all much more experienced than me, so I'm hoping someone can answer this for me:

I am running a new site for myself. I am a creative from Staten Island and I am just wondering:

For Example: If I want to start ranking for "graphic design staten island," does the keyword need to read just like this in the copy, metas, etc?

Ive done research with SEMRush. I know that keyword is the dominant one in the category volume-wise, but i am having a hard time using it naturally in copy.

If the better keyword was "Staten Island Graphic Design" or "Graphic design in staten island," it would be much easier.

Hope you guys can help shed some light on this for me!
