Having storage in two countries, UK (Swindon) and Bucharest, RO (EU). I'm thinking about doing fulfillment for US clients for the UK & EU markets. Feasible idea? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I own two companies and two storage locations as described in the title. We have 10 years experience in fulfilling e-comm orders (our own merchandise).

There is unused space in our locations and current activity will take some time to grow. We ship various small, medium and oversize packages each day.

I've been thinking about doing fulfillment for a while, it makes sense. Wondering whether I'm missing something in the picture though. I personally know a bit about fulfillment houses. We're also a logistics software company, so the software end is covered (important and otherwise expensive step).

I believe most value would be offered to US/Canada firms trying to reach these two markets, but why not, even for clients from Europe. Being in both UK and EU might also be an advantage during Brexit. We can also ship to any other EU countries rather efficiently.

So what do you think of this business idea? Potential? Pros and cons? Thanks!
