When big box retailers like Walmart take your product, are they able to 'return' unsold units to you if they don't sell fast enough? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So for example:

Walmart gives you a purchase order of 10,000 units.

You manufacture and deliver them.

After say, 2 months, only 20 have sold. Does Walmart return the other 9,980 units to you for a refund?

Is that the usual case for big box retailers, or is it usually they-bought-it-they're-stuck-with-it?

And I'm sure every retailer and every sale is different, but I'm looking for a general consensus. Thanks!
