Yesterday the House Judiciary Committee heard a range of anti-net neutrality witnesses explain why the FCC should abandon its Title II powers, and hand over enforcement to the Federal Trade Commission (who cannot meaningfully enforce net neutrality).

The courts have been clear that Title II is the only legal framework strong enough to ensure net neutrality. Without it, there will be no way to stop Internet providers from censoring, slowing, and charging Internet users new fees for access to customers and services.

With the Hill focused on net neutrality this week, and the FCC Chairman’s announcement to gut the rules expected by Thanksgiving, it’s important that entrepreneurs and innovators across the country pull together to counter the anti-Title II lobby.

And if there’s anyone lawmakers on either side of the aisle are going to listen to at this point, it’s business owners and entrepreneurs.

Given that the FCC’s proceeding was riddled with fraudulent comments, we need to send messages that can’t be faked. That’s why we’re asking entrepreneurs to do two key things:
