I am going to need to hire a Web developer soon to build a fairly ambitious feature for my Dating Site (both the desktop version and either add it to the mobile version or build a separate mobile app solely for the feature itself) and I want to be able to protect it from being re-released under a different name or having anything else taken from me.
I am doubtful but is there a generic legal agreement I could have legal zoom write up for me using my unlimited free consultations I signed up for or am I going to need to drop some money on a complex (Albeit reusable employment contract) with a Lawyer through their directory? Definitely not opposed to it but when funds are limited it just sucks when more cost creep up as you all know.
