I'm right now working on creating an MVP for an app idea that myself and my cofounder have. I have a solid technical background but have never built anything from the ground up like this. Does anyone have any input on the following questions?
-What are the best outlets for finding a developer?
-For an MVP, does it make more sense to find a fullstack dev or source the backend and frontend respectively?
-How do you pick the right person?
-General advice on starting something like this?
