Hey guys - I’ve had a small wine shop and tasting room with my girlfriend as a hobby for a couple years - next to a business that makes a good profit so it hasn’t really NEEDED to do much.
We’re trying to generate some ideas to make this more than a hobby and wanted to see if anyone else has something similar or ideas for us to try.
Currently what we do:
Weekly wine tasting (where we make our $) Retail hours for beer, sake, wine
We’re having trouble getting steady retail traffic. And we’ve tried 2-3 times now to have night hours and it rarely works.
We’ve tried calling wedding planner and event planners to supply them but those are planned out a while in advance it seems so while we have some leads we’ve had no sales.
If we have some good ideas I could possibly post to entrepreneur ride along and see how this goes.
