Buying a coffee shop entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey all,

I run a pretty successful online business. I’d like to capitalize on the momentum/cash flow by investing in another business.

Ideally, I’d like to own some kind of brick and mortar establishment.

I recently came across a local coffee shop/restaurant cafe that’s for sale. It’s profitable and located in a great area of town that’s growing rapidly.

But, I have no experience here.

Wondering if I can ask for some advice:

First, has anyone bought a business like this? How did it go? Any pitfalls?

Second: Will my lack of experience in restaurant/coffee shop management be a major barrier?

Third: Anyone who owns a similar B&M business, what should I know or watch out for? What mistakes have you made?
