I have an idea that is targeted at certain type of developers. I validated the idea by talking to my network, creating a landing page that got a conversion rate within an acceptable range. Market demand is there and is a growing demand too.
My issue comes in that is will be a HUGE project and undertaking. It is too big for me to handle on my own. I am a back-end developer and dev ops guy. I can do some sales though not much. I need to find a few devs who can help me build this. I plan to have a proper design, workflow and user flow created along with a bunch of other things before I start searching for a few devs to help me. Where is a reasonable place to find decent devs who can help me on this? As said I plan to have it all planned out and I will be doing a lot of the dev work along side them.
