Help me decide which website/domain to build further (.com, .co.uk, branded .com) earn by blogging adsense income

I'm starting a new project, a website that will sell our software (ERP / stock inventory / ecommerce). Need to decide which site to use.

Side note, the niche is quite competitive, our competitors generally have good websites and SEO. We have already decided on SEO / content marketing as our primary marketing method. US and UK are our target countries, where US is a much larger market and better prepared for our software.

So here are my 3 choices (1 and 2 are existing sites to build on):

1) (brand)software.com, existing site. Moz reports DA17, PA27; 29 root domains in WMT.

This site receives our perfect traffic countries profile (50% from US, 20% from UK, others from elsewhere). I tend to go for this one since it has our needed traffic profile, and due to existing links. Can/will put great content on. The drawback is not so much authority. It receives some traffic but having few pages it obviously needs to be built. Question is, is this good enough?

2) (brand).co.uk . Moz reports DA27, PA38, 23 root domains in WMT. This seems to have better link authority, but it has traffic only from UK (and taiwan mostly) while zero traffic from US. Probably due to the country tld. This website has served a different B2B purpose but I guess I can retarget it /change subject (did this in the past with other projects).

Now I wonder if I need to make the effort to build both 1 and 2 sites since we need to target UK as well....

3) (brand).com . Short, direct brand .com site, never launched. Ideal as name, but it will be tough to build enough links now and we need to get the project and sales from the ground asap. Maybe I should postpone this for later and build it properly with more investment in the SEO part.

What do you think? Given my existing options, how to proceed?
