How do I deal with stupid clients who lack common knowledge? earn by blogging adsense income

I keep asking a client of mine to send me higher-quality pictures of his product in JPG/PNG for his newly designed website through e-mail but he keeps insisting that he's going to be sending me a brochure of his products to my mail address then all of us sudden he asks me what a JPG is. His e-mails are very unprofessional and sometimes writes everything in CAPS and it's impossible what he's trying to say. I ask him to provide me a log in for his c-panel and he didn't know what a c-panel was. I had to explain to him what a conversion was. All the small things. So frustrating dealing with clients who lack the most common web knowledge, how do you guys deal with them? my god, sometimes I feel like i'm bound to get a seizure.
