A friend of mine owns a popular comic page on Instagram, he's been getting a lot of interest for an action figure that does not exist (Basically he's posted this one artist's artwork, depicting toys as covers for comic books, the followers go crazy for them and keep requesting to buy them but they don't exist, it's all just concept artwork).
We'd love to bring these cool toys to life, but have no idea where to start.
How do I:
*Find a Manufacturer to make action figures to our design?
*Get rights to manufacture and sell Marvel toys?
Not sure if this sub is the right place but I'm hoping someone here has experience in product development, namely toys, and obtaining selling rights from a big brand such as Marvel or DC?
