How do you share datapoints from backend or/and website to other apps such as HubSpot, Analytics, etc? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am checking out segment.io but wanted to know what other approaches are present. We on the cusp of getting paid customers, so looking to automate everything but data points from backend about the product use are required in HS and other apps to set up conditions. TIA
