I'm in a very early stages of researching a business idea that I've had on my mind for a while. It's already fairly successful on etsy, but I would like to start attending local shows/events and sell to the public. Without going into detail, its basically hand made items for pets. I'm going over the paperwork prep for filing for license and I'm not sure what the best type of entity is for my situation. I'm leaning towards LLC due to limited liability but there are few others on there as well which I'm not sure would be a better fit or perhaps they do not apply to me at all due to the size of the business.
