Space is right next to the entrance of a big grocery store in a ground level shopping complex. Area has roughly 25000 residents. Most of which are middle aged and up. Close to old age home. Shopping complex already has the following stores: hardware, small gifts and plastics. Several clothing stores, tailors, a restuarant with coffee bar, a pub, an alcohol store, a barber, hairdresser, pawn shop, car accessories/parts, pet store, printer ink store, 2 pizza joints, a burger joint, an asian buffet, a realtor, a jewler and a blockbuster. The grocery store has a butcher and baker.
