Which Outsourcing/Freelancer sites will allow you to pay with Visa debit gift cards? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I have a several thousand dollars in gift cards I'd like to use to be able to pay for outsourcing/freelancer work. Upwork will not allow payments using Visa gift card for payments and although Fivver will the quality isn't that great. Any help with others that do would be appreciated. Thanks!
