Recently my Mother and Sister created a shop selling high-end baby stuff (Prams, kids furniture, clothes, blankets, cots etc) And I decided to make us a website despite no previous experience using Shopify, the website is babyatthebank.co.uk (not sure i'm allowed to post links, rules thread was deleted).
I'm looking for some guidance in my next steps and wondering if anyone would check it out and give me some tips/reading material.
Am i correct in saying that i need to create unique meta tags for not only every page but also every product? There are 700+ on the store. Currently, the majority of the products have copy and pasted descriptions from other websites, I've heard this is bad and i wonder whether every product needs a unique description.
Over the past two months or so we've had around 1.5k visitors to the shop with a successful conversion rate of just 0.73%. Does anyone have an idea of a realistic conversion rate i should try and reach?
