Does anyone know more about the Google Suggest API for getting terms in XML? earn by blogging adsense income

I find Google related search terms great for finding long tail search terms to rank for and also for coming up with ideas for blog articles, etc.

Google has an API to get 10 related search terms (auto suggest): http://ift.tt/2ojAavm

When I use the Google API though, I am getting different terms than if I enter the same thing into Google Search:

Does anyone know why this is happening? Also, is there a way to get more than 10 results for a given term?
