Everyone I hear will say you have to "double time and do 80 hours a week". Well my question is, how many hours of solid productive work do you really put in towards your business?
Anyone that says work from the time you open your eyes until you close your eyes is plain ridiculous... We are not robots and can only keep up throughout the day for so long until our health is affected. Health is far more important before anything else. You can't keep up with the game if your health is on the line.
To entrepreneurs out there, new or veteran; - How old are you and when did you start? - How many hours do you really put in? - How much downtime do you take? - What are your hours and do you follow it consistently? - What do you do to relax in between downtime? - What gets you through the day if you have not met your routine?
