I think I've identified a good niche to get into business consulting and I have some other skills which I can use to bring in additional revenue. "Business consulting" is such a vague term and I wonder what skills you bring to the table that can benefit companies.
Right now the more tangible skills I have include bookkeeping, budgeting, etc. I'm very strong on developing processes and procedures, organizing business and establishing systems. I'm very strong on recruiting, identifying strong talent and the tools necessary to identify this strong talent.
Getting a little tired of working for someone else and I'm in a position financially to take some risks at this point in my life.
