Question: will using nofollow on the homepage helps improve rankings? earn by blogging adsense income

Hi guys!

My theory is that if I use nofollow on external links and internal links to pages I dont need indexed, link juice will be confined in the homepage. Will this help increase page authority and potential increases tanking of the homepage?
