How often are you guys testing Title tag + meta description optimisation? earn by blogging adsense income

I've just done my first title + description test across all my content pages.

Obviously the aim is to try and bring up my overall CTR. I'm wondering if anybody else has any success stories for this?

So far I've just done a blanket change to all the content using dynamic %%pagetitle%% inserts to keep it relevant.

My worry is that it improves some, but makes others perform worse. Perhaps after this test I'll try some tweaks to my top 20 performers individually.
