I come asking for some advice because I'm not sure where else to go, however if you do have any other sources, please point me there.
Anyways, a group of friends and I are going to try and create an agency that focuses on digital marketing. We will be offering organic, paid and social media services to increase visibility. Sounds pretty similar to what a lot of other people are doing right.
However, what we are struggling with is figuring out how to price our services, and whether we should try and focus our marketing in one sector, such as healthcare/dentistry, or be generalists.
This is where I am hoping you lovely lot can help. Is there a tool that you use to figure out how to price services? We have gained experience through working as an employee but not freelanced yet, so we are not sure how to price them.
Secondly, would you recommend specialising in one industry, or generalising?
