Hi! My husband is an illustrator and he has been having a lot of freelance work. This didn’t happen overnight. We found a niche and started contacting them by cold emails. We did this for a couple months and now it’s been a snowball of great work!
Unfortunately there’s only one of him and he has limited hours, like all of us.
My question is how do we make this into a company instead of a 1 man operation. He does all the art and I do all administration and contact with clients. But we get the clients because they love his artwork.
I know a solution would be to hire other artists, but wouldn’t they just go directly to the clients to do the work themselves?
Any ideas or past experiences would help. Thank you!
