I am trying to get in contact with an Italian leather tannery, 4 of them to be exact. None have replied to my email after 3 days. I messaged all the same message in English, just one sentence saying I'm a potential customer and would like a medium to better communicate through other than by email. I was thinking sort of like a live chat.
Did I do something wrong?
Surely these guys must want business and attend their emails? Busy?
I honestly don't understand how I haven't gotten a single response, while Alibaba Chinese suppliers literally respond within minutes.
Help appreciated guys thanks.
