How to auto sync Gsheet updates to Mail Chimp subscriber list? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I know that there are several automation flows between GSheet and MailChimp (i.e. for a newly added row in GSheet, MailChimp will have an updated subscriber list). However, this doesn't reflect changes or automatic updates when I modify an email address from an existing row. It also doesn't unsubscribe those who were deleted from the column. Is there any way to go around this? Really appreciate any leads. Thanks
